This post brought to you by Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve always supported my wife’s endeavors and activities. I know that she is doing everything in her might to save money, from our groceries to buying our medicines. She is one of the many loyal customers of Walgreens, and we as a family, love Walgreens because they offer quality services and goods, not to mention the great deals they have for their members. But recently, one of Walgreens’ partners has ceased to do business with them.  Walgreens and Express Script partnership contracts have expired. Express Scripts has rejected Walgreens’ to still be part of their pharmacy provider network. This dispute has caused inconvenience to so many customers. Imagine driving farther just to have prescriptions filled and changing pharmacists that have grown to establish business relationship with. What’s worse is that even the country’s military personnel, the troops are affected with this sad news. To know more about this, you can read the press release here.
But Walgreens is doing a lot to ease the burden this transition has brought. They are offering special discounts on membership for its Walgreens Prescription Savings Club, $5 for individual membership and $10 for family memberships which includes the spouse, dependents below 22 years old and even the pets. Getting big discounts on medicines, brand-name and generic can be availed when you become a member. You can also receive updates by liking Walgreens on Facebook and follow Walgreens on Twitter.
Walgreens is one of the best in the country so I am in full support of all their efforts.
