It has been a busy week for me work-wise and sorry for the late entry.

This is Andrea's first visit to Tennessee River. It was still a cool that time does she was wearing long sleeves. I don't think she appreciated it very much because it was a little bit windy that time.

Oh she was so little then....

Guest post written by Danny Horowitz

I never realized how much stuff I had until I moved to NYC. It's crazy how much room games, DVDs and books can take up because it's not like I have a bunch of clothes.

After I found some clear 4g Wireless Internet plans and signed up for one of them, I started worrying about waht I was going to do with all the stuff that I had in my moving boxes.

I got some apartment storage advice from one of my co-workers and she told me I should invest in some of those little plastic hooks that you stick on the wall and can pull off easily right after you're done with them. I took her advice and hung up a bunch of them around the apartment to hang things like my towels in the bathroom and game controllers when I'm not using them.

I think that IÕm also going to take a lot of other advice from NYC apartment dwellers. IÕm trying to get the most out of this space so I can almost get my moneyÕs worth.

Thanks for the guest post by Esteban Vinson

The days are getting crisp, the nights are getting longer, and football season is upon us. Pack up your pickup trucks, don't forget the grill, and pack the cooler. Off we go to the stadiums and arenas to throw down on a couple of cold ones while trying our hand at a rousing round of corn hole.

Tailgating is a tradition with the most adamant football fan. More so if you are into the college games. Beer pong, corn hole, ladder toss, flip cup, and washer tossing are just a few of the activities one will find in the parking lots before and during the games.

Food is present as well. There is a variety of grills and smells that will tantalize your nose, and after a time, your stomach. Hot dogs and hamburgers can always be found, along with the potato salad and coleslaw. Chicken, in a variety of forms can usually be found, and sometimes even kabobs, shrimp, and steak.

So, grab the lawn chairs, pack up some warm stadium blankets, and even the portable tv. Your friends are all headed to the stadium. Get your pal, or dog, and don't forget the charcoal. Set the alarm on your house installed by adt home security alarm companies, and head down to the game. Its a guaranteed way to get together with those that share a common interest, as well as having a blast.

Guest post of the week by Moises HendersonHiking is a hobby that my family and I relish and share. It is something that we can do together and have been doing so for a few years now. We even have the steps down for preparation. I have a check off chart that is completed before we leave the house.

We set our home security alarm from ADT Shreveport, pack our bags, load up into the family truck and away we go. I have taken the time during the week prior to chart our course and make reservations. While we enjoy the exercise, we are not so overly fond of sleeping on the ground and cuddling with dangerous serpents. I did not even mention the spiders, ticks and other crawlies.

We like to go to places where we have never been before. Currently, we reside in Louisiana, and there are still places to be explored. After Louisiana has been explored, we will start heading out for another state.

I pack a DSLR with zoom lens and flash, a good sized first aid kit, plenty of water for everyone, a map and plenty of bug repellent. It is my sincere hope that this is something that we are all physically able to do for many more years to come!

This is Cassi. She is less than a year old here. This was taken April 2006. This was the first time that we met.

Look how grown she is in this picture which was taken January 2009.

I miss the kids. I remember the last time we visited, we were in the mall and you can just hear Cassi's steps running towards me saying... "Daddy David... Daddy David".

One of my favorite wedding-themed TV shows is "Four Weddings." I think I love it because as I prepare for my own wedding, I feel like I'm coming up with ideas while I'm watching costs of DirecTV. The show starts with four brides and plays on their natural desires to have the best wedding. The women meet and agree to attend and rate the others' weddings. The winner receives an all-paid honeymoon to an undisclosed location.

After each wedding, you hear the guest brides discuss what they liked and disliked, then rate the overall experience they had with points from 1-10. Some brides might rank a wedding down because they felt it wasn't "classy" enough, it didn't fit with the bride's stated theme, they waited too long for food, they didn't have enough food or they didn't have food they wanted. Often, the show features brides of different cultural backgrounds, and the more traditional brides may not understand or enjoy these weddings.

At the end of the show, the brides meet up to learn who's the winner. There, the girls scores on the other brides' dresses, venue and food are revealed. To keep them from increasing their chances of winning, the brides rank the others as a 1, 2, or 3 in each category.

The show is interesting because it provides wedding ideas amidst humor.

I'm a huge fan of Law & Order, and I was beyond sad when the original series ended. I was excited to see that they are premiering a new Law & Order series this year. It's called Law & Order: Los Angeles. I will watch the pilot out of loyalty to the original show, but I will watch under the assumption that it'll provide good drama. If it doesn't, I'll scrap it. I do have my doubts about whether or not it will even last a full season because the series has already made several successful spin-offs, and I'm not sure that this new one will bring anything different to the table.

Last week, I found out that Skeet Ulrich is starring in the new series. I like Skeet. He's super cute, and I've been a fan since I saw him in Scream back when I was in high school. I read online that Alfred Molina (cool), Terrence Howard (not bad), and Regina Hall (awesome!) are all set to appear in at least one episode. I hope Terrence, Alfred, and Regina all have recurring roles.

The show will premiere on Sept. 29th on NBC, and my mom and I will watch it on Satellite tv in Texas.

The first time we went to visit Andrea's dentist, we were confuse of the direction which we got thru map quest. Thankfully there were address plaques in the building that the dental office was located. It made it easier for us to locate the exact place of the clinic. The dental office of Andrea's dentist is in the area where the "rich" lives. It was no surprise that the address signs are well kept and very stylish. I guess it is good for the business to keep that way since most of their clients are well to do. I am just glad that the dentist charge is quite low and of course I am glad to have a dental insurance that covers most of the cost.

After Andrea's appointment we drive leisurely admiring the beautiful houses of the neighborhood. One thing is very common in that area, they all have house address plaques that complements the style of their houses. I may not be able to afford a plaque the same with theirs but I surely can use one that is affordable. An address plaque will be a good investment for our place.
Our sink is clogged so, I came to the rescue... lol

We went to the store and bought something for clogged sink. I was almost certain that I can make it work...

Well, after I applied the clogging solution (following the instruction of course), I use the plunger to see if I can unclog the sink..

Well, well, well... it didn't work! The sink is still clogged...

I called the maintenance ... I know, I was never and will never be a handy man hahahah!

There are different benefits for a compression stockings. Doctors will typically recommend these stockings for those who are prone to getting blood clots, edema, and blood pooling in the legs and feet from prolonged periods of sitting or inactivity. These stockings are worn by diabetics whose legs are prone to excessive swelling. A compression stocking is also believed to be the simplest way of treating varicose veins.

There are many designs of compression stocking that you can find in the market today. Because most doctors and therapists advice their patients to wear them, there are many designer compression stockings that can be bought that will fit any outfits.
Claiming for a social security disability is not very easy. There has been so many evidence of fraud in the past couple of years that is why the Social Security Administration has become very keen about this claim. It is sad when people who really deserves to get SSDI will experience a hard time getting it.

If you need a positive result for your claim you can ask the help of the experts of SSDI claim the Allsup. Allsup has a 98% success rate for those who complete the SSDI process with them. They will not charge you until you get your claim. Check them out!
We just finished watching the movie Killers and we like it. When I looked at imdb.com for its review, I was surprised why it was a very low rating since for us it was a good movie. We had a great time watching the movie.

A vacationing woman meets her ideal man, leading to a swift marriage. Back at home, however, their idyllic life is upset when they discover their neighbors could be assassins who have been contracted to kill the couple.
When I was working in Kosovo, I worked long hours and the job requires a lot of physical strength. There are times when I longed for a good body massage to loosen all my tight muscle. There was this spa/massage place that offers swedish massage that was so great. At first you will feel like the one that does your massage is breaking all your tiny bones but a day after that, you will feel new. All the aches are gone and you will just feel a lot better.

I was a constant customer of that place. That place is advanced for a country like Kosovo. They have state of the art massage table and they have complete massage accessories, no wonder their business was a big hit.
I have seen a lot of construction workers working in the middle of the scorching heat and I respect them the more for they really deserve what they earn. I just hope that they are all properly compensated. A hard labor job like construction jobs are not easy. It requires a lot of physical strength. But in this trying times where so many people loses their job every month, a job is always a job. If you are interested in finding a job in the field of construction, you can post your resume online so that you can easily find this type of job.
I am a big fan of Josh Hamilton. I like to watch him play baseball and I like his story. I like how he overcome everything from drug addiction to being back to the best time of his career.

When I saw the picture of his locker, I am so amazed at how awesome it is...

Look at the pic above... isn't this very impressive?

I often receive offers in the mail stating that they are the company that can provide a cheap auto insurance. I am satisfied with my auto insurance provider especially that I get a company discount from them. I know that car insurance is a necessity that is why I never take any risk of not having a car insurance.

It is true that there are companies that can offer you a great auto insurance coverage at a price that is very affordable. All you need to do is to find the right one that can cater to your insurance needs. If you are in the market for an auto insurance, shop around and compare the benefits that each company will offer.

I used to play a lot of playstation games until I got addicted to Facebook Games. Lulu and I used to play alternately with one of our favorites Azure Dreams. We had so much fun playing this game on our Playstation 2.

A few of my friends can't believe we were still playing playstation 2 because of the existence of xbox 360. The evolution of xbox 360 became a great craze a year ago that everybody wants to own one. I was not one of them. My playstation is still working good so I don't have plans on buying a new one, yet. But for those that likes to play a lot of games, Xbox 360 is a great choice as it has a huge hard drive thus, you’ll have plenty of space to store your favorite games and movies. Xbox 360 is more games, entertainment and fun.
My mom will be 70 years old in two months. My sister who lives in Florida plans to be here for my Mom's birthday. As for us, we want to buy her a personalized gift. We want something personalized from Andrea too.

My mom has always been there to support us and I can't thank her enough for being the most wonderful mother anyone can have. There are times that we disagree on things (as normal families do)but we never dwell on it. We always learned to respect each other's views and opinions.

I can't believe my Mom will be 70 soon. She still has so much energy and yes, she doesn't look 70 too!
Kingdoms of Camelot is the only game that I play in Facebook. I enjoyed playing this game and I have gained a few friends around the world. It is so funny how I convinced Lulu to join this game and as always she is ranked higher than me.

Playing this game is really fun especially when you get to joke around with the people in your alliance. I like our alliance because we have so much fun on it.
Our office will finally moved. We are scheduled to move in the middle of October. We are now leaving our current office which is a steel building that we leased from a private individual. We are moving to a new building which is owned by our company itself.

Along with the scheduled moving, there will be a possibility of shift changes. I am hoping that I can get an earlier shift. I am thinking that if I can get an early shift, then I will see more of my daughter. When the time comes that she will be in school, I will have time to attend school activities because I will have a normal working hours.

Hopefully our moved will be good for our company and for me too.
We have so many pictures of Andrea because we want to capture all the little things that she is into. We have pictures of her in different moods, in different outfits and just the day to day life and milestones.

Sometimes, it gets hard to send them all to all our friends. Thankfully Lulu knows how to share them in Facebook through slideshows. Making slideshows of Andrea's pictures become easier for me to share them to all our family and friends around the world. The slide shows are very easy to upload in Facebook where most of our families and friends have an account.

Slideshows are also great when you want to put a personal touch of the pictures. You can even put captions on it to make the photos more alive. Try making slideshows and share it to your family and friends.
When Lulu and I got engaged, I wanted to give her the best ring that I can afford. Despite her insistence that she don't want an expensive ring, I still wanted to buy her one. Her engagement ring was more of a formality of our engagement. It was her who chose her ring amongst the many diamond engagement rings that were available. I told her to choose what she like and don't look at the price. I was glad she choose the one that she really like although she told me that if she know the price of it she will not choose it.

Engagement rings are important in a girl's life. I know how proud she was to wear one and I am prouder to be able to give what she deserves.
This is my only nephew Nick and one of my nieces Kelly. This was taken during one of their visits in Alabama. Kelly is getting married this April. I can't wait to see her walk the aisle so we will be going to Florida to attend her wedding. Andrea will be one of the flower girls....

Ever since I turned over our finances to my wife, I don't worry about when and how bills are paid. My wife has been so good at managing our finances that I don't need to worry about our bills. My wife does the bill payment through mail. She prepares them all and hand them to me to put in our mailbox.

I noticed that she uses a customized address labels on all our correspondence and I think that is a neat idea because that means she doesn't need to spend time writing our names and addresses on every correspondence and bills that we need to send out. It is very easy to just peel a customized address label and paste it in the envelop.

She told me about another neat idea. She think she will like to have a customized postage too. She never run out of idea, I wonder what will it be next week.....

The football season opener for college football is something to get excited about, even if you aren't a current student. My family has gone to the same school for years and we've always had football season tickets too. I almost enjoy the tailgate more than the actual game.

We've become friends with the people that tailgate near us and this year I got some hearing aids in California before the opening game because I noticed i was having some hearing problems last year.

Terry, the guy who parks to tailgate beside us saw me and we got to talking. It ends up that he had gone and gotten hearing tests las vegas NV and got some too. We compared hearing aids for a while and then our buddy Hank saw what we were doing and told us about how he went to miracle ear WA.

But then my wife started teasing us about what we were doing and reminded us that a ball game was about to kick off so we got back to that business and prepared to cheer on our team.

There are plenty of diet pills for women. Some of them are not very popular but some of them are very common. When looking for a diet pill it is best to look around and read some reviews. You also need to compare each of them so that you will have an idea of which is better. You can find a comprehensive review of the top 5 diet pills for women online. It is important that you will have an idea of the following guidelines:
  • Effectiveness. By using a certain product, you should notice the sufficient result to measure its effectiveness.
  • Quality Ingredients. Along with a quality ingredients is its assurance that it is effective.
  • Side Effects. Side effects are very common. If the diet pill is effective you shouldn't suffer a side effect.
  • Customer Reviews. This is the true measurement as customer reviews will tell you things that are not mentioned in any advertising.
  • Customer Service. Be careful with those that doesn't offer return policy as most often than not you are not assured of the products quality.

Most women gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. A lot of them couldn't get rid of the extra weight even after they will give birth. I have heard a few that suffered from post partum depression that become so conscious with their body figure.

For me, the change of body figure doesn't bother me a bit. It is part of the change that a woman undergoes when bearing a child. I still think that my wife is sexy despite putting up some weight.

Anyway, for women out there that are so concern about their figures, the best diet pills for women are available online. Actually, there are quite a number of them. Some may work for you and some may not. It is just a matter of testing what works for you. Check them out. Who knows this is the solution you are waiting for to gain back the figure you all use to have.
Mischa (my first daughter) and I had a great relationship. We were very close when she was growing up. We did a lot of things together. I consider myself a good dad to her and I always look back at those time with pride and joy. Remembering those times always makes me smile.

When I see the relationship of my daughter Andrea and my wife now, it makes me so happy. Andrea is a lucky child to have a mother like Lulu. They are so close together and I am happy for Lulu to experience different kind of joy that Andrea brings.

Having Andrea in our life was not very easy. She had to be left at the hospital and in the NICU for almost two months. Those were the crazy months of our life being parents. We never fail to visit her every night. Since Lulu is not there to nurse her every time Andrea is hungry, she diligently pumped some breast milk and freeze them so that we can bring them to the hospital. We did this routine until Andrea was able to come home with us.

It was tough for me to leave our daughter to the hospital. I can imagine how tougher it is for Lulu as the mother. We are still lucky as we survived all the trials. Now Andrea is as healthy as any child can be.

As much as possible, I always try to make it a point to bond with my family on weekends that I don't work. Thankfully, the weather was really nice today thus we were able to have some fun at the park.

It was just recently that my daughter enjoyed the swing. So for today, I had her giggling while swinging her. She had so much fun.

After we played in the park, we went to the nearby creek and she enjoyed watching the fishes in the creek. Next time, we will bring a cane pole that way we can fish or perhaps we will bring some bread to feed the fish.

I have to say that one of my family's favorite things to do this summer was to catch a film -- especially since this summer was so hot and humid. You just can't beat the movie theater A/C! The Regal Cinemas movie theater by my house was sponsoring free family films every Tuesday morning this summer, so I loaded up both kids at least every other week to get out and see something for free. All my neighbors have Long Beach CA Adt signs which let me know my neighborhood is safe. They even gave us discounts on our kids' popcorn!

The kids saw things like Kung Fu Panda, and Planet 51 -- not brand-new movies, but very kid-appropriate, and I've never met a child who wouldn't sit through the same cartoon repeatedly, so I don't even think my daughters cared that they weren't first-run films. We had a whole little routine going -- Madison would carry the pillows to the car, and Ashleigh always carries my purse for me (she's in her "I'm a big girl phase") -- so my hands were free to set the home security alarm and get both kids settled in the car. Even though summer's over, they had so much fun with this, I think we'll start doing Saturday morning movies now, at least once a month or so just to keep the tradition alive. :D

A few months ago I made a challenge with myself that I was going to have all of my Christmas shopping done with my hughes satellite by November. The real challenge though, was that I decided I was going to use online discount codes, coupons and specials to buy everything incredibly cheap. So far, I have done amazing with the challenge. I have been able to buy some really great gift items for a fraction of their cost. Just by looking at online deals from major retailers and using discount codes that they put out, I've been able to score some great discounted deals without having to pay for shipping. I've also used coupon sites that offer rebates for ordering through them, as well as discount codes for certain items.

I use my hughes internet Kansas to search for particular items that I know my family would love. I'm especially looking for baby items for my sister who is expecting and my cousin who has a three month old. There have been some great deals on Amazon for different toys and baby items that I just couldn't pass up. I am happy to say that I am extremely close to meeting my challenge and having all of my Christmas shopping down, without spending a fortune.

Five years ago, I worked in Kosovo and I had a grand time with the snow. I worked even when the snow is above the knee. It was great. I am one of the few people who would rather live in a snowy country. I think that growing up in Florida, where there is no snow during winter, it made me wish to live in a place with a lot of snow.

I am not bothered with a cold weather because as long as I am dressed right I know that I am alright. I am not also afraid of driving in a snow because I know that I am safe because I have snow chains in my car.

In the place where I live now, I don't need tire chains for our car because it hardly even snows here. I wish we live somewhere where there is enough snow during winter. For those who have heavy winters, I know how important it is to have a reliable tire chains for your car. A Pewag line of tire chains are very reliable even if it cost a little more than ordinary brands. These type of tire chains are nickel manganese chains mostly made in Austria with assembly done in Austria, Czech, and USA. If you are looking for a Pewag Sportmatic SMX Tire Chains, check out easytrekking.com!

The day has come... the day we have been long waiting for... it's football time!

I was so excited for today's game that I woke up earlier than usual. We watched a couple of games and flick channels to see other games. Nothing much to watch except that we were looking forward to watch our favorite team LSU to play against North Carolina at 7pm.

The weather was great! It was perfect for my daughter to play outside. We played outside while Lulu remained inside and glued to her book. I am happy to see her read again because I know she enjoys it so much.

After a while, we decided to bring Andrea to the park. I offered to bring her alone but Lulu wanted to come along.

I grilled burgers for us before LSU-NC gametime. Then we watched the game. It was a great game at first then LSU didn't score the entire 2nd half and I thought they will loss that game. They were lucky to win that game. At least it was a great night for Peterson. Patrick Peterson had 244 combined return yards in the first half to set the LSU record for a game and added a 13-yard punt return in the third quarter. The 257 yards were the second most ever for a game in the SEC, with Nick Turner of Mississippi State getting 267 against Tennessee in 2003.

I had so much fun during our last vacation in the Philippines. Lulu's brothers have some roosters in their yard for cockfighting. I even went with them in the cockpit and watch their Sunday leisure the cockfighting. It was a different experience for me. Cockfighting in the Philippines is legal so it was safe!

Anyway, every morning we watch the rooster and Andrea just loves it!

Thanks for the post, Arthur Lawrence

I love to watch programming on The Learning Channel (TLC). The network is my favorite because of shows like 19 Kids & Counting, Kate Plus 8 and Cake Boss.

I love to watch how big problems have problems and what they do to correct them, it makes my own small family of four seem so much more manageable. It is also nice to see into the lives of two very different families to see what works for them to give me ideas about ways to raise my own children. Watching the outings that the Gosselin family has gone on have even inspired my family to go across the country from Iowa to Pennsylvania for vacation. We never would have known about the great places to visit, had we not seen it on TLC through our satellite TV connection that we got here http://www.tvbydirect.com/directv-deal/NEW-YORK-NY-direct-tv.html from TV by Direct.

Every Monday night my children and I gather in the family room to watch Cake Boss. We love to watch how they make all of the amazing cakes and both of my children long to have cakes like that for their birthdays. Seeing how they do everything at Carlos Bakery and all of the amazing pastries that they bake makes us want to travel to New Jersey to get a taste for ourselves. The only problem is we would want to try everything.
