Man Vs Food is a program that airs on the Food Network and features a host that tries out some of the grossest, spiciest, and greasiest foods in the planet. I love the show so much, and was glad to see it was offered with Arizona direct tv programming. Host Adam Richman is afraid of literally no food and is always up for a challenge. Richman's no-holds attitude is what makes this program hilarious and exciting to watch.

I always try to catch "Man v. Food" on my satellite TV when episodes are showing. I know that I am always in for a thrilling treat when this program is on television. One hilarious episode features Adam Richman trying out some spicy hot wings at a restaurant in Brooklyn. Seeing his face after trying the wings is a must. Richman actually starts crying because the hot wings are so devastatingly hot and spicy!

Richman is a dramatic personality, and you can bet he will wear his emotions on his sleeve as he goes to try out new foods. Sometimes Richman doesn't even try to hide his fear, he simply puts it out there. For example, one time Richman was in the position to eat the largest burrito in the country. Seeing Richman's face as he tried to tackle this challenge was hilarious. Sadly, Richman couldn't finish the burrito in the end. However, "Man v. Food" remains a great show that I love to this day!

NowRelevant can provide web surfers the latest and most up to date relevant information they are seeking. In our everyday use of computer, we always look for something through search engine. Before the evolution of NowRelevant, I use google, yahoo, msn and more.

When I tried using NowRelevant search engine, I was so amazed at its result because it give me the most relevant information that I need. I can even adjust the slider depending on how far back in time I would like the engine to search for results. Isn't that amazing? The search results doesn't give me links to unnecessary websites. The concept of NowRelevant is just so amazing.

NowRelevant is now my new partner in websurfing!

Buying eyeglasses in an online store is quick and easy. When it comes to online eyeglasses store, Zenni Optical is the trusted one based on customers review. There are many happy customers that are bragging about the products that Zenni Optical is selling. They are satisfied with its quality and style.

The only thing this online eyeglasses store needs when ordering eyeglasses online is your Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement. This measurement is very important to make sure that the eyeglasses that you will get will fit you perfectly.

Because of the growing trend of buying eyeglasses online, many opticians are not giving Pupillary Distance measurement to their patients. This is because they believe that by doing so, they are losing business. I know that they cannot compete with the price that Zenni Optical is offering. At Zenni Optical, you can purchase quality and stylish prescription eyeglasses starting at $8 and shipping is only $4.95. This price is only a fraction of what your optician will charge you for a pair of prescription eyeglasses.

If your optician cannot and will not understand the fact that you will get a great deal of savings if you choose to purchase online then he/she is not after your best interest.

During my last day of spending vacation with my fiancee then, we went to Casino Filipino. It was a first time experience for Lulu. We didn't win but we had a great deal of fun. We didn't spend a lot of money of course. We just spent $20 and played in the slot machines. It is my idea that casinos are just for fun. There should be a limit of how much you will spend. Like for me, 20 is enough if I win I kept playing if I lose it, then that is it.

We planned on exploring Cebu on our next vacation. I am sure we will have fun again.

Join us as we travel down memory lane with Nostalgic Marveling.

The internet is a really great tool to manage photos. On many occasions, I have used it to create photo albums, and exchange pictures with friends and relatives by email. I have also uploaded many of my pictures to my Facebook account to make it easy for all my friends to browse through my photos. Facebook is really a great site when it comes to sharing pictures, as it lets me upload dozens of photos at a time and create separate albums for specific events, such as the time I went on vacation, or the pictures I took of my new house when I just moved in.

The local photo studio also has a convenient service that lets people upload their photos to their website and they can then print them for you in great quality. It sure beats the old days where you had to wait for your film to be developed and only had one of each photo, making it quite difficult to share them with the many people who wanted to see them. Thankfully, I just got houghes net internet, which is quite faster than my old dial-up connection, and makes sharing photos a lot faster.

Guest post written by sports blogger Patrick Ayers

Every four years when the World Cup comes around, I can't help but get excited for a number of different reasons. It’s this one time that we forget about the directv family package  channels and put on soccer channels 24/7.One reason is that the World Cup is entirely focused on soccer which is quite possibly the most popular sport in the entire world. Also, as the Cup is also only played every four years, it causes fans to become even more engulfed in their countries teams when the opportunity to root for them comes around, as it will be at least another four years before they get the chance to do so again. Also because it is only played every four years, the players of the teams themselves fight that much harder, as they train and build teams for four years, all for the culmination of this global tournament. I love watching the World Cup on satellite tv because of the energy and passion the players and fans have for the games. My favorite team is the USA team, because that is where I am from. I am looking forward to the USA vs. England game because the last time USA beat England in a world cup game was 60 years ago. Both teams play with a lot of passion and are natural rivals, both being English speaking countries, with a strong political and national relationship. This allows for a great dynamic of friendly sportsmanship and excellent competition.
Father's day celebration was simple for me. I got father's day card from dear wife and my little Andrea. I also got a gift from both my girls.

That special day could not end without the whole family going out to dine. We dined at Caney Fork and we had a great time.

While waiting for our food, Andrea and I played. She always enjoyed playing this. We just flip this back and forth and she will be entertained.

Of course the picture addict wife trying to take a picture of us three.

Crime is on the rise across the country. So, many communities across the country have started their own neighborhood watch program to control the high crime rates click here for home security facts. In my local community many people discussed starting a neighborhood crime watch group. Well, it didn't take long for several concerned people to volunteer to join the group. The group met with the local police and discussed their concerns with the rising crime rate. And the local law enforcement provided brochures on starting the crime watch.

Crime watch members start their watch each night at dusk. The members take turns watching the neighborhood. And when anyone with the watch spots something suspicious they immediately call the police on their cellphone. Only time will tell if the crime watch is very effective at reducing the crime rate in the area. I think it would be a good idea if more people volunteered to join the crime watch group. More people watching and aware of what is happening would certainly reduce any spur of the moment crimes. Small things like remembering to lock your doors and windows often reduce crime in the neighborhood. And a loud barking dog always helps to chase away a burglar. Even leaving a few lights on in the house might deter a spur of the moment burglary. And as a backup plan I decided to install a home alarm system to keep my family safe.

These are few of my favorites in Time Travel Movies:
  • Groundhog Day - A weather man is reluctantly sent to cover a story about a weather forecasting "rat" (as he calls it). This is his fourth year on the story, and he makes no effort to hide his frustration. On awaking the 'following' day he discovers that it's Groundhog Day again, and again, and again. First he uses this to his advantage, then comes the realisation that he is doomed to spend the rest of eternity in the same place, seeing the same people do the same thing EVERY day.

  • Frequency - A rare atmospheric phenomenon allows a New York City firefighter to communicate with his son 30 years in the future via short-wave radio. The son uses this opportunity to warn the father of his impending death in a warehouse fire, and manages to save his life. However, what he does not realize is that changing history has triggered a new set of tragic events, including the murder of his mother. The two men must now work together, 30 years apart, to find the murderer before he strikes so that they can change history--again.

  • Timeline - In this case, a group of archaeologists and combat experts led by Paul Walker and Frances O'Connor use a "3-D fax machine" (so much for technobabble!) to time-travel back to France in 1357, in hopes of retrieving Walker's father and returning safely to the present. No such luck! Fending for themselves against marauding hordes of medieval French warriors at war with the invading British, these semi-intrepid travelers find their body count rising, and the deadline for their return home is rapidly approaching.

  • Dejavu - In Algiers, New Orleans, after the explosion of a ferry transporting the sailors from the USS Nimitz and their families with 543 casualties, the lonely AFT agent Doug Carlin is assigned to investigate the terrorist attack. Without any lead, he is informed by Sheriff Reed about a corpse of a woman that was found one hour before the explosion, but burnt with the same explosive. He is invited by FBI Agent Pryzwarra to join the surveillance team leaded by Jack McCready in the investigations, using a time window and Einstein-Rosen bridge through seven satellites to look back four and half days in time. He discloses the identity of the mysterious dead woman called Claire Kuchever and decides to follow her last moments trying to find the criminal. Along the surveillance, Doug falls in love for Claire and tries to change destiny, saving her life.

  • Back to the Future - Marty McFly, a typical American teenager of the Eighties, is accidentally sent back to 1955 in a plutonium-powered DeLorean "time machine" invented by slightly mad scientist. During his often hysterical, always amazing trip back in time, Marty must make certain his teenage parents-to-be meet and fall in love - so he can get back to the future.
  • 12 Monkeys - is a convoluted tale of time travel, insanity, apocalypse, and who-done-it, with some romance thrown in.
Let's time travel with the Bumbles Blog. Come and join the fun with us!

Did you know that hydration not only help you keep a balanced diet, but is actually critical to your survival? Without 8-10 glasses of water everyday, you can seriously be increasing your risks of various diseases and illnesses. In the summertime, when the heat is deadly, hydration is especially critical to keep in mind. This article will outline reasons you should stay hydrated this summer to ensure your safety.

Over 3/4 of our bodies are water, according to the volume of our bodies. Water helps biological processes keep functioning in our bodies. Just like a home security alarm keeps robbers out, water helps flush out deadly toxins in our body when they enter. A home security alarm system from besthomesecurity.comcan draw our attention to an unsafe situation, while illnesses can also draw our attention to an unsafe lack of hydration. Illnesses like heartburn or moodiness can indicate that one is not drinking enough water throughout the day.

Signs of dehydration can also be less obvious than actual illnesses or disease. If you start feeling thirsty in a given day, then typically that means you are already becoming dehydrated. It is important to drink water as soon as you feel thirsty, especially if is a hot summer day.

Doctors even recommend drinking more than 8-10 glasses of 8 ounces of water if a day is especially hot. If you find yourself working out on a hot day, you should take care to drink extra water for your safety.

Andrea came to this world unexpectedly. I mean, she was a premature child. Nobody knows that she was gonna come out in this world on December, 2007. Not even my wife's OB-GYN.

I was so nervous that day. I was nervous that Lulu will give birth in the interstate. When we got to her OB's clinic she was rushed to the delivery room because Andrea was already ready to come out.

I had mixed feeling that day but seeing Andrea for the first time was really overwhelming. I saw her first because when she came out, she was rushed to NICU and I have to accompany. Lulu saw her three hours later.

Time flew by so fast... now my little girl is already a big girl and she always gives us a "sweet hug" and she always welcomes me home from work with "Daddy, daddy, daddy!"

I love to watch Sesame Street with my youngest children with our cable tv offers. We usually spend time in the mornings watching the show. They love the new characters to the show and I still love the older ones. When I was a child I learned many Spanish words, my letters and numbers watching the show. Sesame Street was one of the best shows for a young child to watch, enjoy and get an education.

This is one of the first shows that made learning fun and still does today. My son is learning to count, read simple words and work on his alphabet. I still enjoy helping him learn throughout the shows. He laughs at Elmo and Cookie Monster each time he sees them, so I assume they are his favorite characters.

We have incorporated books and stuffed characters from the show, so he can identify them in other places aside from TV. He knows when it is time to watch the show and makes sure he is ready each morning. It is a big part of our time together and hopefully he will feel the same when he is an adult with children.

Sesame Street is a program that parents don't have to feel guilty for allowing children to watch daily. It is educational, fun and full of laughs each day.

I admit that I am not really a big fan of this kind of movies. I am more on the action and suspense type. But nonetheless, I watched some for the sake of watching and some of those movies are movies that my wife wants to see.

Here's what I found somewhat interesting.

Jack and Sarah
- A movie about a British man that hires a American woman to be his nanny. He ends up falling in love with her

Father of the Bride II - This is a sequel to 1st. It's about Kimberly Williams and her husband deciding to have a baby. Steve Martin and Diane Keaton end up having a baby too.

Three Men and a Baby - This movie is funny, but kind of a grown-up movie about babies. Three bachelors find a cute little baby girl on there doorstep and take care of her.

She's Having a Baby - Kevin Bacon and Elizabeth McGovern have been married for a while in the movie, maybe 5 years and then they decide they want a baby. Things get funnier and funnier after that.

What's your favorite baby movies? Share it at The Bumbles Blog....

Thanks to my buddy Joseph Bartell for the guest blogger post

This Father's Day, I know that I'll be doing my shopping online through my direct tv satellite internet. When I go online through my maine satellite internet at summer home in Portland, I know that I'll be able to find the best deals. I used to shop around at stores just trying to find the perfect thing for him, but after shopping online, I'll never again roam the stores for hours.

Shopping online has a lot of perks that many people do not even realize. For one, I can often find great deals that I couldn't get in stores. I can also get some great product recommendations if I am not sure what my father might enjoy. When I shop online, I can also see customer reviews so I know that I'm buying products that are quality.

Shopping in stores means having to get dressed, and be around people. When I shop online for Father's Day, I can do it in my pajamas. Instead of having to drive in town, I can simply go online, and find my father a gift in under 15 minutes. There are tons of shipping options as well, so I know that my Father's Day gift will arrive in time. For the sake of convenience, and the money I can save, I will be shopping online this year for my Father's Day gifts to give to dad.

What time of the year do you prefer to make additions, renovations, or improvements in your house?

Post from guest blogger Tim Garber.

As a kid, I always enjoyed my free time during the summer. When I wasn’t in summer camp, I loved to read different books. Now that I’m older, though still a student, I still like to occupy my brain when I am not in school. So I like to learn languages and brush up on the ones I already know. Learning a new language sounds like a big challenge, but really it is not. Anyone can do it.

Of course, the best way to learn a language is through submersion, but if you can’t jet away to France or Colombia, you can try to surround yourself in the language in other ways. I have Best Choice Tv, so I ordered a French language channel that I regularly tune into. You can also watch movies in your foreign language, read newspapers in your foreign language. Really there is no limit to the ways you can surround yourself with a foreign language.

There are those pricey options like Rosetta Stone, but I find that I’ve found success without it. The key to success is to just surround oneself with and use the language as much as possible. I’ve been doing this and enjoying it for countless summers, and hopefully one summer I can jet off to Europe and enjoy my new skills.

The top 5 is a difficult choice as I have so many favorites when it comes to movies. I will definitely bring different series like LOTR, Die Hard, Bourne and etc but since these movie series are not considered as one, I will just leave them

These are my top 5's that I would enjoy to have when I am stranded...
  1. Phenomenon
  2. Avatar
  3. Braveheart
  4. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
  5. Shooter
Check out the top 5's of this week's participants at the The Bumbles Blog!

After our 3 day get away in Georgia, I got sick. I had a terrible sinus infection and I can't get rid of my fever. Thanks to Mom who was there to advice me on what medicine to take.

Mom took Lulu and Andrea to the store yesterday to buy necessary things and some medicine. For the whole day yesterday all I did was sleep.

I am still sick but feeling a lot better than yesterday. I hope to get rid of what I have because I need to be back to work tomorrow.

Yay, it is summer already! The weather has been perfect for outdoor fun. I look forward to this summer because I am sure that my family will have a great deal of fun. My daughter is now old enough to enjoy being outdoor. A little picnic here and there will now be more fun for us since our daughter will enjoy the activity.

One of the summer must have that everyone should have is a canopy. Canopies for Shade and Shelter will be of great use for our summer activities. Although everyone likes to be out in the sun, at some point we all need some shade. Besides, during an unexpected rain showers, a canopy will make a great shelter.

Do you have a canopy? If you don't own one, then please check out some great deals at Kmart. They have wide selection of canopies in their store.

Thomas is our neighborhood friend. He often visits us either in the front door or the backdoor. Andrea just loves to pet him. He has been here in this complex for more than 10 years. Everybody knows who he is. He is very sweet. Oftentimes, he would just stay in our backdoor and wait for us to pet him.
I am thankful that I have a work that provides us with great insurance benefits. I may not have a high paying job but the insurance coverage (both life insurance and health insurance) that they provide is very appealing. I can't imagine not having a health insurance coverage especially having a child.

Being a family man that I am, I am glad that my work gives me an option to get extra life insurance coverage. I know that having an ample amount of life insurance will ensure some security in my family if something happens to me.

Have you checked your life insurance coverage lately? Is it enough for your family to be secure when you are no longer there to provide for them? If your answer is no, then it is time for you to shop for life insurance quotes. Find an insurance provider that can give you the highest coverage at an affordable premium. Remember securing the future of your family should be your priority.
The manual drafting of technical and engineering designs have evolved. There are now software programs that will aid in designing. A designer can now use the computer technology for the design of objects, real or virtual. CAD (computer-aided design) is used in the design of tools and machinery and in the drafting and design of all types of buildings, from small residential types (houses) to the largest commercial and industrial structures (hospitals and factories). There are actually free cad drawings that you can check online.

It is really amazing how the computer change the world. Can you imagine, instead of the manual drawings that we used to have when building homes, we can now have a house plan that can be made in cad drawings? The world of computers never ceases to amaze me.

Visiting the Georgia Aquarium is the highlight of our 3 day vacation. We chose the aquarium over many other options because of Andrea. Knowing how much she love looking at fish we assume that she would have fun in the aquarium.

We actually had so much fun walking and looking at different species of fish and other water animals. We enjoyed the mellow music that they are playing to the fish. It was indeed a great decision to visit the aquarium.
My niece's wedding will be less than a year from now. This will be the first formal wedding in my family. Andrea will be one of the flower girls. I think this will be very exciting for all of us. Though it is still early, I want to look at some affordable formal attire for weddings. I think that tuxedos will be perfect for this occasion. Anyway, if I will choose to wear a tuxedo, I think I will just rent one because I don't think any reason for me to own one since I won't be wearing it but just this once. Anyway, if it will be okay with them, I would rather wear coat and tie on the wedding.
I would love to have new outdoor furniture and a canopy for our back yard. Since it is summer, I am sure that we will have fun hanging out at our back yard. This time is perfect for mini picnics and outdoor barbecue parties.

What makes summer special is the opportunity for families to bond together even if it just in their own backyards. Kids will always remember the outdoor activities that the family shared when they will grow up. Having a comfortable outdoor furniture will always be handy for everyone who wants to stay outside.

Let's all build memories with our family and kids this summer. Let's make this summer an unforgettable for everyone.
I have been to many places. I moved so many times that I lost in touch with my many friends. Mike is a different story. He is the only pal that I kept in touch with all these years. We always call each other in the phone and just enjoy a good conversation and share a good laugh.

During our 3-day vacation in Georgia, we had a chance to visit them in their own home. We hanged around like the old times. We stayed there for a couple of hours and have a great time catching up with each other.

Our vacation was not much but it was great to be re-connected with the people that are close to your heart.

When I got engaged with my wife (now), I did it in a traditional way. I went to her parents house and asked for her hand in marriage. It was a nerve-wracking experience as I was surrounded with so many people. I admit, I got so nervous that I forgot about the speech that I practiced. Although it was just a formality, I was still nervous.

Anyway, engagement rings are not very common in the Philippines but I bought one for Lulu. I checked for certified diamonds for an engagement ring. It was quite pricey but Lulu deserves the best that a man can offer. I gave Lulu the ring with the usual "Will you marry me?" scene. It was memorable.
Wearing protective clothing is part of safety measures in the line of work that I am in. Although my job is making sure that custom papers are complete and correct on all international shipments, there are times that I have to check the shipments that are sitting in our dock. To make sure that I follow our company's safety rules and regulations, I always make sure that I wear steel toe boots.

Even in a work place accidents can happen. To protect yourself from physical harm, it is always better to follow your company's guidelines on safety. Wearing a protective clothing may not be stylish but if it keeps us from being safe, I would definitely do it.

More than a decade ago, I worked at Atlanta Capitol. I remember the close relationship that I built with my co workers. I did personnel work there.

After a decade and half, I revisited the place and found out that some of the people that I used to work with are still there. We had a great reunion and catching up with the latest of our lives. It is so amazing how they still remember me after all these years.

It feels great to see my old colleagues. Because of so much excitement, we forgot to take pictures of us... too bad it would have been great to have a picture.

Are you familiar with the word virtualization? If not, virtualization is the creation of a virtual (rather than actual) version of something, such as an operating system, a server, a storage device or network resources. It was in 2005 that virtualization software was adopted faster than anyone imagined, including the experts. Virtualization has become a big trend in the IT World today!

Virtualization improves the efficiency and availability of IT resources and applications. To make sure that your business can compete with the stiff competition of different businesses, you need to check out the virtualization services that can give you solutions for server consolidation, energy efficiency, green IT, business continuity, disaster recovery, and data protection. Don't be let your business be left behind with the new IT trend.

Everybody is well aware of the almost perfect game by Armando Gallaraga. I think sportscasters and sports fans will always remember the blown call made by umpire Jim Joyce. The replay clearly show that Joyce made a bad call that caused Gallaraga's perfect game.

I feel bad for Gallaraga because he (and his team mates) worked hard for it. He could have made a history as the first Detroit Tiger pitcher to have a perfect game. But the way he accepted it with a smile made me proud of him. Who would not feel compassion for Jim Joyce who handled the situation in the most humble and apologetic way? He was upfront in acknowledging his fault and he even personally said sorry to Gallaraga. We may not like what happened but I believe that both of them showed maturity and class.

I so wish that there will be replay in the future so as to prevent this from happening again. The classy act that both the umpire and the pitcher showed was a perfect description of what is the true spirit of sportsmanship.
I got hooked with watching hockey since we visited my sister-in-law two years ago. They are big hockey fans, so while we were staying on their place we watched hockey a lot and I learned to love the game. Now that it is time for Stanley Cup Finals, I can't afford to miss watching the game. Can you imagine how great will be it be to watch hockey game in a big HDTV? I would love to own a 65" HDTV. I bet watching sports will be a great experience when it is in a big screen. I think I should add HDTV to my list of things to buy in the future.
I asked my wife if she wants to watch MLB Game between the Phillies and the Braves. Since we are in Georgia for a vacation, it will be convenient for us to watch the game. I can't believe she said no because she loves watching MLB games on TV. Her reason for not watching the game is the weather. It has been so hot lately that I am sure she will not be comfortable. I think my wife is the only Filipino who doesn't like the sun despite the fact that she grew up in a tropical country.

Anyway, I am looking for personalized baseball bats to add to my collection of different knick knacks. When I was younger, I used to play a lot of baseball and not to brag about it, I was good at it. I actually have some baseball memorabilia and a personalized baseball bat will be a great addition.

I worked in Kosovo year 2004-2005 and I loved it there. We worked in target range and it was a great experience. I love the snow there. The picture below is of me building target range in the middle of the snow...

For those who are not familiar of Kosovo, Kosovo is landlocked and borders Central Serbia north and eastward, the Republic of Macedonia to the south, Albania to the west and Montenegro to the northwest.

Getting on our hughes net Alabama satellite internet with my children is a fun experience and builds some great memories. Looking at animal or baby videos on You Tube gives them hours of fun. In fact, I usually wind up having to pry them away. It's also a good learning experience for them. I teach them animal sounds, colors, and words with those videos.

We use a few other sites, too, to accomplish a learning experience. Sesame Street's website is great and the kids love playing the games there. Nickelodeon has a fun interactive website, too.

We’ve got high speed wireless internet here, so online games are also another great bonding idea with father and son, especially in the evening when Daddy needs time to unwind. Depending on the age of the child, finding good, wholesome games is a great way to enjoy evening time doing what boys love to do: Play.

As my children get older, I'll allow them to get on sites such as facebook or myspace, but they will have to demonstrate responsibility. Any involved parent can find out easily enough if foul play is involved online, but it’s best to make sure your children are capable to handle the new responsibility or broadband satellite internet so you don't have to check up on them so much.
